   ... if you are happy with mouse and keyboard only. They definitely have a    
   thing called   
   "boot" protocol which is for use in legacy mode.   
      
   I am not sure if you can properly run bulk devices (like memory sticks,    
   printers, scanners).   
   But maybe yes, at least mass memory bulk devices if your system supports    
   booting from a USB memory stick   
   (how else could it do that if legacy mode didn't support bulk transfers ?)   
      
   And I am fairly sure you cannot run isochronous devices (webcams etc.)
