AND JOGGING TRACKS NEED TO BE OPEN, EVERYWHERE, IN THIS STATE, AND IN THIS
COUNTRY!

I don't need to move; and worry about telling the new local school board; that
I
need the track open!

They should be open, as a matter of law!

When not in use by school, or reserved event.
And so should all outdoor athletic courts!

So should the nation's coastlines be open, when not in use by organization or
reserved event!

So should the nation's city, state, and County, etc., public parks be open,
when
not in use by organization or reserved event!

We should have Federal legislation, for this!

Local governments make up all kinds of laws, which may be prejudicial. The
common
law ought to apply to all public parks and government lands, when not in use by
organization or reserved event!

It's not just private property to private property, transportation, and don't
get
out of your vehicle!

"This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in
Pursuance thereof... shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in
every
State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any
State
to the Contrary notwithstanding."

THAT MEANS, as soon as the U.S. Congress passes Federal Legislation saying the
States don't exist, the States don't exist.

The American flag, does correctly fly over the State flags, and this is ONE
COUNTRY, as soon as Congress says. That local government has merit, and that
the
State is 90% of both the governance, and criminal justice operations, of the
local
area, notwithstanding.

Those violating WILL face Federal charges.
