   so how are you going to provide that information if you are doing FTN via   
   pigeon, tape, or sneakernet transfers?   
      
   the tosser is the tosser... it doesn't need to know anything about *how*   
   packets arrived on system... it only needs to know if they are in the secure   
   or insecure inbound and make its decision to process or not from that
