   Quick and easy, Is there a way to have the language selection prompt *before*   
   user login is displayed?.   
      
   Sorry if there is such option, I was going through all of my new user settings   
   and for the life of me, I could not find it.   
      
   If there wasn{t, can I implement it somehow on the preuser file?.
