I'm trying to get Ymodem-G downloads working with fTelnet and Mystic BBS.

Does anybody know one of the following facts?

   * Can I forward socket handle to SEXYZ under Mystic in Debian? I tried %0 and
%H but those are empty values.
   * Does Mystic run in STDIO mode?
   * Anybody know if Mystic needs to double-up the IAC characters?
   * What is answering the incoming telnet connection and spawning Mystic in
   STDIO mode under Debian?

Github with full breakdown of issue: https://github.com/rickparr
   sh/fTelnet/issues/21

PS: I am running SEXYZ v2.0 under Debian. Doesn anybody have a newer binary? I
think SEXYZ is up to v3 something?
