   I also noticed that -- however, as a workaround, it is possible to launch the   
   (I)ndexed Message Reader from the message menu, switching to viewing all areas   
   (Ctrl+V followed by A), and subscribing (Ctrl+S) and unsubscribing (Ctrl+U) to   
   the ones you want.
