   If your node is getting added to the seenbys early enough in the path you may   
   not see any dupes, but I don't know where it is getting added.

   If your node is in the seenbys then connected nodes would not send you any   
   more copies since it appears the message already went to your node.   
      
   Anyway, you should see a few netmail replies of messages from Bjorn shortly.
