   From this McNoob's point of view, it seems like Synchro and Mystic aren't   
   agreeing on which format to communicate with...   
      
   I have also seen the same problems that others have brought to your attention,   
   regarding UTF-8 and CP437. Sometimes, messages are rendered unintelligible,   
   and I'm not sure who deserves the 'blame' for this...   
      
   The devs of both Mystic and Synchro have just been voted into the FTSC. I am   
   hoping that the two of you can solve this problem, once and for all.
