   Is there any way for the SysOp to see and read all emails in the email   
   message base (ID 1)?   
      
   I have set Sysop ACS to s255, but still can't see anything that is not   
   addressed to/from myself.   
      
   Just wondering, as it might be needed in case of abuse etc.
