   Mystic creates the Semaphore files when new mail is entered.  By default it   
   will create them after the user logs out so that users have the option to edit   
   their message before it is sent.   
      
   You can change it to create them right away by changing System Configuration >   
   Message Settings > Create Semaphore option to "Msg Post"
