   Sure!  I can't think of a reason why I shouldn't do that...   
      
   I'll make it so if you don't supply any INI filename on the command line, it   
   will first look in the current directory you are running from for mutil.ini   
   and then check for 'mysticbbs' environment variable path + mutil.ini!   
      
   I'll put that in the build I am going to put out later today give it a shot   
   when you can! :)
