   On 10 Jan 2022, g00r00 said the following...

    g0> DateStr uses a DOS format timestamp. Are you sending it a DOS format or
    g0> Unix format?

   This is actually just from the 'bulls' mod for bulletins that's floating
   around:

               if UserLastOn <= GetFileDate(Entry.Bullfile) then S:='[NEW]'
               if UserLastOn > GetFileDate(Entry.Bullfile) then S:='     '

   I'm just putting the DateStr() around the UserLastOn to see why it's not
   working... I am running Mystic on linux/rpi... is there something I need to
   configure? Thanks, for your help!
