   According to the upgrade docs, fidopoll is no longer required.  Does this also   
   include the usage in the events?   
      
   I have the following for outbound messages (once someone posts a message):   
      
   mutil export.ini|fidopoll send|mutil import.ini   
      
   Do I now remove the fidopoll part?
