   I have discovered my sysop account id 1 cannot send messages.  what it does is   
   after posting a message it is sent to draft messages.  Even going to draft   
   messages and saving it doesn't post the message.  I tried other user accounts   
   and they work as it should.   
      
   So assumption that id 1 is corrupted or what, I do not know.  Is there a util   
   to repair the user account?  How can I fix?
