   I'd vote for A, as a forced poll might be because one wants to deliver/clear   
   all mail waiting for a node for some reason.   
      
   I know ifcico (as an example) offers "Hold" (really hold) and "NoHold" (send   
   held packets if we initiated the session). Not sure how binkd handles things   
   like this.
