Several parts are missing!                     My appologies, I will try and explain better. Basically when I join a new FTN       and request a %RESCAN to areafix from the hub to download all previous       echonet messages let's say it download 20k messages. That is all fine and       well, the problem is it shows        20k new messages, and when selecting 'Set Newscan Date' as a user in the       Messages menu of the BBS, and select lets say todays date. Then, I go open the       Indexed MSG Reader, and the majority of message bases still show New with       messages much older than the        date selected.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: Agency HUB, Dunedin - New Zealand | Fido<>Usenet Gateway (3:770/3)       SEEN-BY: 1/123 90/1 105/81 114/705 120/340 123/120 131 129/305 154/10       SEEN-BY: 220/70 226/17 30 100 227/114 702 229/101 424 426 428 452       SEEN-BY: 229/550 664 700 981 1016 1017 240/5832 249/206 307 317 400       SEEN-BY: 250/5 8 267/800 282/1038 292/854 298/25 301/1 305/2 3 317/3       SEEN-BY: 322/757 340/1000 342/200 633/280 712/848 770/1 3 100 340       SEEN-BY: 772/210 220 230       PATH: 770/3 1 317/3 229/426           |
