   Yes, create a local message base and take note of it's ID.   
      
   In the .ini file you use to import mail, un-comment the follow line and   
   replace it with the ID of your new badmessage area:   
      
   [ImportEchoMail]   
    If you want to save duplicated / bad messages to a certain message   
    base, then set this value to the *INDEX* of the message base (viewable   
    at the top of the msgbase editor).  Otherwise, set this value to -1   
    or leave it commented out and they will be ignored.   
      
   dupe_msg_index = -1   
   dupe_msg_index = 123   
      
      
   I'm not sure if there's a way to re-toss these message though.
