   On my system, when entering the (I)ndexed File Lister, hitting Ctrl+Z for help   
   and then any key, I get a more prompt.   
      
   I do use the rcspause animated more prompt script, but regardless of that, I   
   noticed that the ^[[0m | CL | AO | PO codes (which are in msg_index_help.ans)   
   appear to be missing from file_index_help.ans, which could explain this.   
      
   After adding that "init" to file_index_help.ans, everything works as intended.   
      
   Perhaps something to add to future versions of file_index_help.ans?
