   Sorry about that yes I misunderstood you.   
      
   There is no standard way to play a .WAV over the commection but we could build   
   something that would do it.  The problem is it would only work on terminals   
   that support it.  So for example I could make NetRunner do it, but the user   
   would have to be using a combination of NetRunner and Mystic to make it work.
