   right on. i'll have to look at it and see what i can do. for now though i'll   
   just have to create a handful of templates. most users will get something   
   close enough :)   
      
   i suppose if i wanted i could do something a bit "dirty" and craft the ansi   
   for the editor to have an ansi cursor down 9999 and then cursor up the amount   
   of the footer.. and have the pipe codes for the Insert indicator, etc do the   
   same.. haha
