   I'm not 100% sure, but one thing that I forgot was to make sure zip.exe &   
   unzip.exe were in place.  I don't use ZIP on any of my FTNs so they were just   
   working, but DOVE-Net wasn't working for some reason.  Once I put zip.exe &   
   unzip.exe in place it just started working.   
      
   If you do have them in place, maybe make sure you don't have the 64bit windows   
   .exe's now that you're running 32bit windows?   
      
   Again, not 100% sure what the issue is, but worth looking at.

   It looks like unzip.exe needs some .dll files (included in the archive)   
   present in the same directory (or path) for it to function.
