   This just made me think (dangerous I know)...  ;)   
      
   Check this option in the .ini file you use to export mail:   
      
      
   [ExportEchoMail]   
      
    Do not export messages from users currently online   
   skip_online = false   
      
      
   I have mine set to false so that mail is sent even if I'm still connected to   
   the board.
