   I like live albums for the "live" aspect of it, but with live albums   
   the mixes/engineering is not always that great. One noticeable   
   excemption would be Eagles Live, that is one hell of an album. Talent   
   wise and engineering wise.    
      
   I prefer studio for that polished sound/mix. They usually sound better,   
   but are also sometimes too perfect.
