No nostalgia here."              Agreed. And there's really no additinoal fidelity there, in fact quite the       opposite: measurably less dynamic range and frequency response.              I think most of the preference for vinyl comes from the positive emotions of       the memories that the physical experience of handling vinyl records brings. I       get this reaction just *holding* a 12" album/sleeve. I don't even need to play       the record! :-)       --         digital man (rob)              Synchronet "Real Fact" #55:       Synchronet Terminal Server introduced RLogin support w/v3.00c (2000)       Norco, CA WX: 68.4øF, 19.0% humidity, 2 mph NNW wind, 0.00 inches rain/24hrs       --- SBBSecho 3.14-Linux        * Origin: Vertrauen - [vert/cvs/bbs].synchro.net (1:103/705)       SEEN-BY: 1/123 15/0 90/1 103/705 105/81 106/201 120/340 123/120 131       SEEN-BY: 124/5016 129/305 330 331 153/250 757 7715 203/0 218/700 840       SEEN-BY: 220/70 221/0 226/17 30 229/110 307 317 400 424 426 428 664       SEEN-BY: 229/700 250/5 8 267/800 280/464 5003 282/1038 292/854 298/25       SEEN-BY: 301/1 305/3 317/3 320/219 322/757 341/234 396/45 423/120       SEEN-BY: 460/58 712/848 770/1 100 340 772/210 220 230 2320/105 2452/250       PATH: 103/705 280/464 770/1 317/3 229/426           |
