I've been listening to her self titled album, and some of the songs are
catchy and get stuck in my head.

I decided to seek out her life performances on youtube and after
watching 3-4 videos I felt very underwhelmed and disappointed. Her
voice sounded very weak and it seemed almost a struggle for her to get
   the song out.

I'm not sure if that means she had a really good producer, or just
   isn't a good live performer.

That makes me ask a couple of questions.

First, which bands and artists do you think do a good job performing
their songs live, or which don't.

Second, when you listen to a live version, would you prefer to have it
close to the original or would you rather they change it up somehow?
