   this sounds like you don't have the area specified as netmail... it isn't   
   asking you for the address which means it thinks it is a local or echomail   
   area... when it says it cannot find the user, that's also an indicator that it   
   is looking internally... i don't know what the settings are as i don't   
   currently have a max system installed here...
