   Mine is also, from Windows 7 to Windows 10.  As I recall XP, which resides in   
   my backup machine not in use at this time, once you set the Time Zone for your   
   area, any programs used will normally get their date/time from the system   
   clock.  I've not used Terminate, so it may be different.  As for the Windows   
   date/time, you also control that and make any changes you want by clicking on   
   the date/time at the right-hand side of the taskbar.  You will see, in Windows   
   7 at the bottom, once opened, "Change date and time settings...".  I believe   
   it may be the same in XP.  My editor, timEd/386 uses the system clock.  Don't   
   worry about it too much, though.

   I just select the Time Zone I'm in and forget about it.
