PH> On 03/31/16, JIMMY ANDERSON pondered and said...               PH>JA> Anyone else here seen it? What did you think?               PH> Hi Jimmy.               PH> I enjoyed it, brought back memories of being a kid in the 70's and 80's       PH> and watching the films come out first time in the movie theatre. Lots of       PH> feel good stuff in the move and one shocking moment (won't spoil it for       PH> you Roger!) but overall they did a good job on it.               Thanks. It isn't often I come across that consideration, but I do appreciate       it. We have a 73" (185.4cm) 3-D TV here, so the movie should be worth       watching even though I have yet to see anything in an IMAX theater. I did see       2001: A Space Odyssey when it first came out in a state-of-the-art theater and       really liked it. Some guys left before the "Dawn of Man" concluded and didn't       even post a comment in the book of the same name in the lobby. I did. That       was outstanding special effects in 1968 and is the favorite sci-fi film of my       favorite movie critic at The Toronto Star -- Peter Howell. Anyway, everything       I've seen that J.J. Abrams was involved in was very good.               PH> Let's face it the stakes were high to get it right so it's no suprise to       PH> me they didn't rock the boat.               And it's said that Star Wars VIII will be even better.                       Regards,               Roger       P.S.
