   *UK cell providers will send out Covid booster texts to British customers over   
   festive period*   
      
   The UK govt is planning to send out text messages urging the public to go out   
   and get boosted against Covid-19 over the holiday period.    
      
   "The Government has asked the mobile operators to deliver a widespread text   
   message alert, and they have agreed to do this to help combat the national   
   pandemic," the government said according to the Guardian.   
      
   Britain's largest cellular providers, EE, Vodafone, 02 and Three UK are all   
   planning to send the messages on Boxing Day at the government?s request.   
      
   Nothing like a bit of Christmas 'Spam' for Boxing Day courtesy of the govt.
