   Another thing you could try before you use your "call-a-friend"     
   option, is to install a legitimate virtual phonenumber app on     
   your tablet.   
      
   From my experience, the free ones don't work with Telegram.      
   But maybe a paid service will provide a number that will work     
   nicely.
