   I should have noted that it said "still at an early stage, and     
   might not appear.."   
      
   My first impression from the story was that is WAS a planned     
   release of an app.   
      
   Anyway.. I would find such an app to be too intrusive, and     
   perhaps just another way to justify spying on people.
