   It does have an nntp server on port 119 and nntps on port 563. Anyone can read   
   but you need an account on the BBS and be logged in with that account to post.   
      
   It also has a gopher service on port 70. It is a read only service but you can   
   read everything on the BBS and download files with it if your client support   
   that.
