-----------------------        - e-Ministries -        - by Jon Justvig -        - November 14, 2010 -        --------------------------------------------------------------------               Issue #: 3               Have you ever worked all week, which I'm sure you have and thought        to yourself, I could use a break from all this? This is your time        to rest and relax yourself and prepare yourself for next week. God        had thought that too after he created the Heaven and Earth, night        and day, the animals, plants and everything else so far.                [KJV] Gen 2:1 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all        the host of them.         [KJV] Gen 2:2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he        had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all        his work which he had made.               This is the day we need to take time and reflect on everything we've        ever done. The goodness of our deeds. We need to remember to keep        this day holy.               [KJV] Gen 2:3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it:        because that in it he had rested from all his work        which God created and made.                Remember that the seventh day of our life after our labor we are to        keep this special day holy as it is the sabbath day. Our special        day of rest from freedom from activity and labor.               [KJV] Exo 20:8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.                [KJV] Lev 23:3 Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is        the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall        do no work therein: it is the sabbath of the LORD in        all your dwellings.                As we see now, where are the people? Well, we will approach that        soon enough. We know that the seed is first planted before anything        harvests from it. Whether it's a physical seed or a thing we can        call the deed seed. What we do will have an affect if we know it or        not. So try your best to do the best you can each and everyday.               [KJV] Gen 2:4 These are the generations of the heavens and of the        earth when they were created, in the day that the        LORD God made the earth and the heavens,                [KJV] Gen 2:5 And every plant of the field before it was in the        earth, and every herb of the field before it grew:        for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the        earth, and there was not a man to till the ground.                For our seed to grow, we must seek water or nurishment for this        particular thing.               [KJV] Gen 2:6 But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered        the whole face of the ground.               The land was once dry and now it is moist, feeding the Earth with        it's ever present water. Just like we need water to grow, so does        everything else, every living thing.               [KJV] Gen 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the        ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of        life; and man became a living soul.               [KJV] Gen 2:8 And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden;        and there he put the man whom he had formed.                A man, so innocent, so pure from the heart of our ever-living God.        He had created a garden.               [KJV] Gen 2:9 And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every        tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for        food; the tree of life also in the midst of the        garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.               After the seeds had received nourishment, they began to bloom and        sprout into lovely tree where he has his food along with water for        him to live.               Think about God's creation as we end this time.               If you've enjoyed our meeting, remember to ask your SysOp to carry        MINISTER, an echo with FidoNet if he/she doesn't already. Remember        also to keep your head up high. May God bless you and keep you!               *** This conclude this issue of e-Ministries provided by Jon        Justvig.              --- BBBS/NT v4.01 Flag        * Origin: Nightfall Ordain (1:298/5)    |
