I've lost 60lbs in the past year, within my planned        schedule, now I'm doubling the rate of loss & going after the next 80 to my        final/preferred weight of 220. (I'm 6' tall, so me being 300 doesn't look        terrible right now, but Iu'm mnore concerned with health & ease of climbling        stairs than how my looks affects others--only my wife gets an opinion on that.)              Ooh, nice, Leonard Cohen just popped on the radio, singing the full        "Hallelujah"              >> Health is all we got, at times -- it's important to do our part to keep       >> everuything going.       > I just got out of the hospital for the 4th time since last summer...all       > related to atrial fibrillation.
