True, but I dont make this a rule or g uide, assomeimes you come across a
useful one who just does his job, like my msyor -- been running thecity from
cu0ncio chambers for 27 years or so,. but he's worth the longevity. We mix
up the councilors on occasion, like last election, when we swung two seats a
bt left, to save some green & stop pushing people into homelessness.

So now our council, by happemstance, is: 4 liberal (small-L)
   4 conservative (likewise small-C)
   4 male
   4 female

& the mayor, who stays centre on it all, completes almost perfect balance -- it
takes a lot of citizen work to get to this point, where all sides
arerepresented & get their vote to actually count.

Most people don't take any of the time or effort to be involved to have the
government they can actually be proud of. Either from a lack of time &/or a
   surfeit of apathy.

I consider it my obligation & privilege to keep an eye on those humpers, even
the ones I like & trust.

One of the longtime members whom I like & have voted for every 4 years for
the past 20, likes that I sit where I can see everybody & I watch them when
they spea, & I take notes to some times address them personally, later, or
for me to take the dais & ask them publically right there.

I'm fortunate to have the time, right now; also that I can refuse to allow
   apathy to rule over me.

   >> Moderen whert is actually harmful -- the leading cause of many health
   >> problems, including obesity, diabetes, & others.
   > They say practically everything is harmful. I guess they want everyone to
   > just go hungry and starve to death.

   It seems that way, but wheat(modern, GMO, Monsanto) is actually proved to be;
it causes Satyiety Disorder (you east & eat, but you're still hungry. .
   leading to obesity)

The worst problem it directly causes is diabetes.

When you're diabetic, as you know, you need to watch your sugar intake.

The charts & lists of numbers stil use old(pre-Monsanto) data for wheat.

So people don't realize that whole wheat has a Glycemic Index of 120 (pure
   glucose sugar is 100)

We grwe up being told "Eat lots of whole grains to be healthy" & it was true,
once, until Monsanto poisoned all the wheat - there's no more non-GMO wheat
nor corn. Corn provides "high fructose corn syrup," which is a non-wheat way
to powerpack intense amounts of sugar into your bloodstream.

Monsanto is evil, as are those in power who are partnered with them & raking
in millions a day by monopolizing and controlling critical food supplies.

Very simple to starve any nation or continent by withholding the Monsanto
branded DNA-altered fertilzers required to make their seeds grow into mass
   food crop amounts

I found ONE purveyor of a 20,000-year old wheat varietal, but I don't have
the space to grow my own wheat, enough to provide the necessary flour for my
family of four for a year, nor the facilities to thresh & grind it, so I'm
stuck with only contaminated wheat & wheat products. . . :(

Working on changing my habits from being so wheat-centred for my diet. (love
toast in the morning(or whenever),. & sandwiches whenever; 50 years of food
   habits is hard to break)

   >> Oh, I knew it was crappy before the name changes. . .
   > It still is.

Yup, I meant it was ALSO crappy before -- now it just means somewone els is
openly claiming ownership of the portions of our lives we spend on Facebook
or Instagram(owned by FB, after a $1.1bn purchase). Screw hard work to get
to success -- just invent a way to steal mass numbers of people's private
info & sell out to a big corporation for enough to finance you well, for life!

Worked for Tumblr, too -- also a $1.1bn purchase -- so that's the pricetag of
my company to sell -- well, $2.2bn,. because my partner gets the same, of
course. (he's the Wozniak to my Jobs); or whatever the number needs to be
that 30% of the company is $1.1bn, as we'll do the same split the Apple
Steves did: 30/30 & 40 for other investors for when needed (we won't need
them, but maybe we'll being them on board just to have friendly partners for
   key areas of need.

I can easily do the math to figure it out -- but I'll save that for when I
draw up our contracts. I'm just chattimg now.

So a 10% holder would get over $330bn on exit. Even Kevin O'Leary would have
his pants tighten on hearing that!)

   >> Eventually YouTube, Twitter, & Facebook will merge into one super
   >> social medium: YouTwitFace.
   > Basically.

It's all one big mishmash of identity & data theft(with permission,
technically) & controlling the masses (them asses?) & elections, etc.

I only pop on rarely to check on family, & to sometimes give answer to
ridiculous claims that I see on my newsfeed.

   >> I've heard of this, yes -- it's basically a sh*t transplant - they
   >> shoot someone else's feces up your butt.
   > That's because their colon is out of whack.

I know -- they're trying to restart it -- kind of like roling yyour car
downhill to trey to get it to start when the battety is low & nobody has
umpers. Show it what to do, & hope momentum kicks the normal process back
into line. (like a pacemaker, I guess, but it's more proactive)

   >> Some prefer to eat the capsules containing fecal matter -- I'm a firm
   >> no on both.
   > Just like the way China is doing the Covid-19 swabs...rectally. The male
   > prostate check is bad enough.

Yeah, that's not listed as a diagnostics port in my user manual(unpublished).

I'm afraid of the day when I need a colorectal endoscopy, that the tube'll go
in so far, it'll trip my uvula into gag reflex.

Bad enough they've had to fil star wars in my peepee! (That's what I called
it when the Urologist explained how he would lar blast my kidmney stones --
put in a stent, to provide a clear tunnel to work within, then up with a
camera & laser. I asled whjere he was going in, ho0ping it wouldn't scar me
terribly. He replies, "through the urethra."; I said, "Um, I know what that
is,Doc, you'd best be knocking me out for this!"; he agreed I'd be under
General, & it was scheduled to shove a cfamera & laser up my weewee & blast
those stones in real time (might've beebn an intersting home movie -- there
are patches tio can apply to redesign elements like making the stones look
like the Dark Side's ships, & the laser head to look like the photon torpedos
on the USS Enterprise! (That would've been AWESOME -- I'd be pissing off both
   sets of obsessive nerds  for getting it 'wrong' (it's creative fiction, boys;
I just know how to manipulate that, exercising my Creative License I have in
   my other wallet)

   >> My Japan-type toilet seat provides a warm water enema when I need it,
   >> then washes, rinses, & dries the area after.
   > That reminds me of the joke in the aircraft, where this guy needs to use
   > the toilet badly. The men's room is taken, but the women's room is open;
   > so the stewardess reluctantly lets him use the ladies room, but warns him
   > "DO NOT TOUCH THE BUTTONS".

Yup; mine has the female rinse, but that's it -- the rest of the water
features are for the back cargo doors. (scrub, rinse, massage, enema) &
there's a warm air dryer for all.

   > PP - Powder Puff -- for a feeling of softness and freshness.

I don't have that one, but I could've included, for $400 extra, a tiny spritz
of the scent, perfume, or cologne of my choice, but nahh, $400 is a lot of
food, unhealthy or otherwise, that's of more value to the whole family, then
my nethers smelling pretty is to me.

   > That's what you get for not following directions.

I always follow instructions or advice from those in a position to well-know
wth they are talking about; everyone else not occupying Heabens throne, we'll
take it on an ad hoc basis only.

It's worked for 55 years so far, & no reason to expect it to change in the
   next 55. . .
