A lot of people have passed through the doors over the years.        Sometimes they get bored by the job, can't handle being yelled at*,       can't hack being outside in all sorts of weather, something better comes along,       find something else during a break, some just don't work out, etc.        When I returned in August I told them I was re-retiring at Christmas       break. Neither of the two I trained stayed long.        I agreed to return in January until someone was trained and doing the       job. Finally got one whom I'm molding into a "mini me", and appears to be       working out.        I have since agreed to stay on till the end of the school year in April       since it takes months to properly train someone, though training is more       informal after the first few weeks. In the past I was       cursed at, yelled at, told where to go and what I could do with myself, etc.        Now the current crop of students say things like "yes sir/no sir" etc. Its       a bit unnerving at times.)               > JM> manual so everything was in black and white and it all the same for       everyone.
