But, I still have enough salt and pepper       > in the beard, moustache, and hair, to get a senior discount.              I tend to pay $25 including a 20-25% tip. (it's about $18 for beard & head,        including tax); when they(whoever, wherever) raise their prices, if I'm a        regular, I can often get one last go or two at the old price.              The pizza place we use for the good pizza, gave us an old price for over a        year, until new owners, who set new prices (definitely higher -- but still       high quality dough & toppings)              I olke the others -- we'd get our pizzaa first, even on nights with a final        game on in any sport (world series, superbowl, Grey Cup, et al); never even        slightly cooled down from the oven -- just the way I like it!              I always tip pizza with cash, even if using the debit portable to pay.              > Apparently, the Kroger grocery chain in some areas has ENDED the senior       > discount...but it was still on at the store I visited in midtown Little       > Rock yesterday. I guarantee you if they end that discount, they will lose       > a ton of customers.              All depends on how many seniors they have living nearby, & how much they're        losing with the discount, vs how much they spend the other days at full price.              & if they do, start an outcry -- this often works with corporations!              You get asenior's discount reghsarlessm, but at leasrt they won't ask you for        ID, eh?              I laughed -- was picking up pads for my wife & the cashier gave 47yo me a        semior's discount, but it may have been a "wink-wink" kind of thing, rather        than an assumption -- I don't care -- 15% is 15%!              Better in my pocket than the billionaire owners'!       --- BBBS/Li6 v4.10 Toy-5        * Origin: The Rusty MailBox - Penticton, BC Canada (1:153/757)       SEEN-BY: 1/123 15/0 30/0 80/1 90/1 103/705 105/81 106/201 120/340       SEEN-BY: 123/131 124/5016 129/305 330 331 134/100 153/105 135 141       SEEN-BY: 153/757 7715 154/10 203/0 218/700 221/0 1 6 226/30 227/114       SEEN-BY: 229/110 206 307 317 400 424 426 428 452 664 700 240/1120       SEEN-BY: 240/5832 266/512 267/67 280/464 5003 282/464 1038 292/854       SEEN-BY: 301/0 1 101 113 123 317/3 320/219 322/757 335/364 341/66       SEEN-BY: 342/200 396/45 423/120 460/58 633/280 712/848 770/1 920/1       SEEN-BY: 2452/250 5020/1042 5058/104       PATH: 153/757 280/464 301/1 229/426           |
