But maybe it's just a modern thing       > like some people using . instead of - in between the numbers       > when writing a telephone number.              That's a combo French thing & database user thing -- I use xxx.xxx.xxxx so I        don't need to prefix the nunber with ' to keep Excel from doing a calculation.              Then I edit to use hyphens when posting in the header of a fax or body of an        ejmail -- for maximum universal recognition.              It's my fault, IMO, if my business communications are misunderstood.              The Ms (no period is a holdover of some older women believing the term was        invented as a neolgism to avoid defining a womam by her marital status or       age; that may well have been the original intent -- I choose to see it as       being equivalent to Mr. (combines Master(child) & Mister(married/adult))              I take no nevermind if they are taking offense, whether they or I are right       or wrong -- either way, calm yourself, check yourself, before you wreck       yourself. . .              Life's short (or is it?
