It was something like most rooms were in the $4x to $75 range.

I can't recall ever giving a bad review*. But then all I'm interested is
a clean bed and a bath. (The bathroom can be down the trail into the woods
as far as I'm concerned. )
I'm easy to please and not looking for all sorts of fancy things.
(There was only one place I stayed at that was horrible and that was last
   year in Alexandria, VA.
(I had planned on being there two days visiting friends and sights in the
DC area. One friend left town {and didn't know I was coming}, and the other

rent when my second night stay changed to only one night. Anyone taking a

   another room elsewhere).

Its included in the room rent.
There have been some places one had to pay by the hour for its use. But
none of the places I stayed at. Either in a city or the middle of nowhere.
Generally on my travels I just started looking for a place around 3 p.m.
and took one. Once in a while in a larger/popular area, I would use
booking.com for a room and use the one with the best location, rates, etc. I
always use them for my first stops si
Booking always asked me to review the last place I stayed.
