     Well, it had been 6 months since I had the second one...and except for   
   a sore left shoulder (the same thing after I had the second shot), I was   
   fine. With the colder weather, the arthritis hurt more...and I had a bad   
   IBS attack the night before...so, I was sleep deprived. I crashed out much   
   of yesterday afternoon.

     I bought 3 lanyard deals with clear pouches from Amazon. One of the   
   lanyards broke, but I was able to put my COVID-19 card in it, and then   
   ziplock it shut. This way, it doesn't get dog-eared in the wallet, and   
   it's there at a glance.

     Facebook has changed their name to Meta -- rumor has it Twitter will change   
   its name to Mucil. So, that means we'll all be on MetaMucil every day. No    
   wonder social media is so crappy.

     At least the needle didn't feel like barbed wire, like those 2 shots   
   in my hips did.
