   You can accomplish most of that just by using TOR browser.   
      
   It's also a handy access point to the Dark Net should you want to explore. .    
      
   I just like to explore & learn; occasionally I learn stuff that powerful others   
   may want unrevealed, & I try to distance myself from it.
