   We had some huge winds(60MPH) & rain(6 inches in 36 hours) but I slept through   
   most; my family wasn't so lucky. . . :(    
      
   Now it's done & we're backl to the usual south coast/lower valley drear with   
   bits of sun here & there to give us hope & a pittance of Vitamin D.   
      
   I'm eating a daily immunity booster regimen of vitamins & minerals these days.   
      
   Slow Release VitaminC   
   Multivitamin   
   Zinc   
   Magnesium/Calcium/D3   
   the occasional quart or two of homemade spicy chicken soup   
      
   Cabn't be too prepared for infection this time of year, during a pandemic.
