     That was a lot of that job, public relations, how you deal with the   
   public.  If one stood there like a statue, unsmiling, unfriendly, people are   
   going to pass you by.  But do little things for them, smile, be polite and   
   friendly, they do dig a little deeper   
     It like in my current career in security.   
     A lot of my job is simply PR.  Most people obey the rules, those do don't   
   I try to explain so they can understand why they can do and not do certain   
   things, while being polite and friendly.   
     Just keep ones emotions under check until that person is gone and then   
   let it out of your system.  Mostly problems deal with people who think they   
   are special and the rules don't apply to them.
