     FoxNews, and so many other sites do that. The thing is, what if an ad   
   gets malware embedded in it, and my system gets infected?? Who do I blame??   
   I'd rather block the ads, and have more than one ad blocker. Ironically,   
   Mozilla Firefox says that the IObit Surfing Ad Blocker is malware...yet,   
   neither Edge or Chrome protest with it. But, Firefox was so darn slow on   
   Facebook.    
      
     The main use of Facebook for me now is during selected ham radio traffic    
   nets...and when I have to post something related to square dancing to the    
   state organization group. While I still get folks via Messenger, I don't   
   have a friends list (per se) anymore.
