     Same here. The region has had to deal with numerous wrecks, abandoned   
   vehicles, rolling blackouts, and running out of water.

     It can't come soon enough to get out of the deep freeze. Folks down here   
   don't know how to drive in this stuff...never mind under regular conditions.
