Hello All!   
      
   419 chars allowed in desc tic tags ?, is it not to be limited under 40 chars   
   for desc ?, if more informative desc is wanted, add it to one or more ldesc   
   lines in tic, is mbse not have a problem there ?   
      
   i am in this term not considering file_id.diz   
      
   only what i see in tic files
