Hello All!              Thinking about this some more, it is beginning to dawn on me that I might be        creating a rod for my own back by creaing a file description editing tool.              Don't know about your bbs's but on mine not many (if any) download the files        lists new or for that matter the full one.              So if I create it, do I really want to start editing all of the file        descriptions when no one will read them?              So who has a real need for one?              What I planned was to create a module within the routine via mbse main menu 14        that will allow an edit by grabbing the description and passing it to your        defined editor or vim and then taking the changes back from the editor and        replacing the file description. I still have to figure out the way the file        description database works in order to place it correctly but hopefully this        should not be a major issue (he says).              Let me know your thoughts on this.              Vince              --- Linux/Mbse/GoldED+/LNX 1.1.5-b20080212        * Origin: Air Applewood, The Linux Gateway to the UK (2:250/1)    |
