I got the MBSE source from the hg repo, compiled it, and setup the first   
   user.  I see some html docs, but no howto guides.  Anyone have pointers   
   to more docs?   
      
   MBSE appears to be the last hope for a decent open source BBS.  Are many   
   sysops using it?   
      
   What's the state of development?  Still active?  Or is it so mature that   
   further development is not needed?
