   Well, I fell silly.  There is a FTSC doc (fsp-1001.002) about including    
   the timezone offset from UTC in a kludge (@TZUTC:);  however it seems    
   that it was never widely adopted nor implemented.   
      
   Oh well... going back to silent running again.
