Hi Michiel!   
      
      I wasn't able to work on it as much as I would have liked, which is why it   
   took so long;  but I have been able to get your old CVS repository imported    
   into   
   the GIT repository I'm working in, and I've been able to pull from your   
   mercurial repository into my GIT repository.  Once I've figured out a way to    
   get   
   those merged properly (about the last thing to do...), I'll be making it all   
   public at GitHub (Note that I'm not entirely certain about branch names as    
   yet).   
      
      Also; if I can figure a way to export the GIT branch I have from the cvs   
   import into my local mercurial repo, I'll see if I can get that exported so   
   I can send it to you.
